As a revenge, I spent the weekend knitting a gorgeous Alpaga yarn by Plassard.
The pattern is Veyla By Ysolda Teague. You can see it here .
I'd sworn I'd find the buttons in my stash. Sigh. Either the right shape, but not enough, or the right count but not the color. Sigh.
That'll give me the time to block the mittens. They deserve that, don't they?

I love these! I think they are so sheik! I have always wanted a pair and I have found a couple of crochet patterns on the web. (my knitting skills are very limited) Actually so are my crocheting, but I'm getting better. I may have my sister make me a pair as she is a very talented knitter like yourself.
